1. Booking and Payment:

•  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

•  The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

 

2. Use of Caravan:

•  The caravan is to be used exclusively for the sleepover event and not for any other purposes.

•  The caravan should be returned in the same condition it was provided, with no damage.

 

3. Liability and Damages:

• The hirer is responsible for any damages caused to the caravan or its contents during the hire period.

• Any damage or loss will be charged to the hirer at the cost of repair or replacement.

 

4. Safety and Security:

• The hirer is responsible for the safety of all participants during the event.

• All safety guidelines and instructions provided must be followed.

• Once sited, caravan is not to be moved or relocated by the hirer or anyone other than caravan owners

 

5. Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Cancellation within 3 days of the event will result in the full payment being retained.

 

6. Delivery and Collection:

• The caravan will be delivered to the specified location at the agreed time.

• The hirer must ensure accessibility and clear space for delivery and collection.

• The caravan will not be delivered to properties outside the Mangawhai area

• The caravan will not be delivered to properties that require off road driving to access

 

7. Caravan Items

• All items provided in the caravan must be returned in the same condition.

• Any lost or damaged items will be charged to the hirer at their replacement cost.

 

8. Insurance:

• The hirer is encouraged to have their own insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Guests and Behaviour:

• The maximum number of participants should not exceed 5 children 

• Responsible and respectful behavior is expected from all participants.

 

10. Indemnity:

• The hirer indemnifies the caravan owner against any liability, loss, or claims arising from the event.

 

11. Force Majeure:

• The caravan owner is not liable for any delays or failures due to events beyond their control.
